Aqari may be used only for lawful property management, leasing, accounting, operational, and related business purposes. Users must not use Aqari to violate laws, contracts, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.
2. Security restrictions
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, billing, rate limits, or security controls.
- Do not scan, test, attack, overload, disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform without written permission.
- Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, harmful files, or content designed to compromise systems.
3. Data and content restrictions
Customers must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, infringing, or unrelated to legitimate business use.
4. Enforcement
Aqari may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where needed to protect the platform, customers, users, or legal compliance.
