1. Personal data we collect

We may collect contact details, company details, administrator account details, phone numbers, emails, website URLs, trial signup information, support messages, billing-related details, device information, log data, and usage information.

Inside the platform, customers may upload property, owner, tenant, employee, contract, payment, document, and operational data. The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to upload and process that data.

2. How we use personal data

  • Create and manage trial and subscription workspaces.
  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve Aqari.
  • Respond to support, onboarding, sales, and billing requests.
  • Monitor abuse, fraud, service reliability, and security events.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell customer business data. We may share data with service providers that help host, secure, deliver, support, analyze, or communicate about Aqari, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, regulator, security incident response, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the platform.

4. Access, correction, and deletion

Where applicable, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data. Some requests may need to be handled by the customer company that controls the workspace data.

5. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so customers must also use strong passwords, permissions, and internal controls.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups or audit records.
